By audition only, the Professional Division runs the full school year, September 12, 2026 – June 3, 2027, and includes performing in the end-of-year showcase.
Information
Time Investment: 16.25 hrs/week, 5 days a week. Five Classical Ballet classes including Pointe, Variations, Repertoire, Modern/Contemporary Dance, Advanced Jazz Dance, TCB Rehearsal, Progressing Ballet Technique® & Pas de Deux classes.
Ballet Royale's elite daytime training program provides a comprehensive, advanced course of study for talented, ambitious, and committed students from all over the country who wish to maximize their personal growth and/or pursue dance professionally.
This weekday afternoon program provides training in Ballet Technique, Pointe, Men’s Class, Progressing Ballet Technique, Jazz, Modern (Contemporary) dance, Repertoire, Pas de Deux, independent workshops, guest teachers, personal coaching, Pilates/Injury Prevention, Advanced Variations, and multiple performance opportunities.
In addition to receiving the finest professional dance training available, most Professional Division students also receive the opportunity to perform with Twin Cities Ballet of Minnesota, the resident dance company of Burnsville's Ames Center, and train alongside TCB's professional company members.

Winter Showcase: Saturday, December 5, 2026. In-Studio Winter Showcase Performance.
Ballet Royale end of the school year Showcase, “A Celebration of Dance.” Dress Rehearsal and Performance Week: Monday, May 10– Saturday, May 15, 2027.
Twin Cities Ballet (TCB): Ballet Royale is the official school of the professional ballet company Twin Cities Ballet, and Ballet Royale students are encouraged and welcome to audition for its annual productions. Please see TCB website for audition information.
